Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the event of damage during transit or incorrect product delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please ensure that the product remains unused and the authenticity certificate remains intact when returning the item.

Return Process:

1. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@cloth-canvas.com, including a photograph or video of the product.

2. Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for the collection of the product.

3. Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.

5. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement artwork is not available, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

6. Cloth & Canvas is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.

7. Artwork should be securely packaged in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

8. Please include the RA number on the return package.

9. Artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

Exclusions to Refund Requests:

1. Products that are undamaged or not faulty.

2. Slight colour and design variations due to the hand-painted nature of our artworks.

3. Size discrepancies (please carefully check the size before making a

4. Packages refused by the recipient.

5. Inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

6. Three failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.

7. Inaccurate address format, including PO Box addresses.

8. Products returned in a damaged or used condition.

9. Commissioned or custom-made artwork is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage duringtransit.
